Average of 140 lbs of beef requiring 5.25 cu ft of upright freezer space.
* You will receive a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, brisket, ribs, and fajitas. 

1/2 Side (Half) of Beef
Average of 260 pounds of beef requiring 10.5 cu. ft. of upright freezer space.
* Customer selects their cut preferences.

1 Side (Whole) of Beef
Average of 520 pounds of beef requiring 21 cu. ft. of upright freezer space.
